On what mode do you run your wavemakers?

I used w1 for years, but recently switched to else mode and things seem to be doing better so far.
I have jebaos but I'm not familiar with what the else does. I think mine is w2. You need to have pulsing water in your tank. I set my two main ones opposite of each other and point them in slightly adjacent angles. Creates a pulsing, back and forth flow that my sps love.

I use W1, though i am considering changing to W2 because i heard it increases the expected lifetime of the pump since it doesnt have to run on off on off on etc

That's a good point on the expected lifetime, I probably should have been using W2 instead of W1.
I wish you could set the max for the sine wave, manual suggests its locked to 30%-100%
