Last month we had some great tanks entered but unfortunately only one can win each month.. so here's another chance for all our supporting members.

At the moment is pretty quiet anyways in the hobby.
since a few weeks I noticed it's pretty low on frag requests on marsh, Facebook etc.

Might be the summer break part two, where most people are in vacation or back to work and busy with other stuff.

I think a lot of people think their set ups are not good enough, or deserving of tank of the month. Most of us are our own harshest critics.

That's very true Jamie. I always tell myself to take pics and submit or just post them. I do and always hate how they turn out so I end up not using them.

I'll be flat out honest about it. I sold my mixed reef and all my equipment a couple years ago, never let my MARSH membership go though, because we were having a new house built and selling our current townhouse. Trying to move around and maintain it if the townhouse sold first would be a disaster. When we used to do the tank tours I would think about signing up for it but I would see other members set ups on here and think there is no way I can compete with those guys, so I would never do it. Going to be different with the one I am setting up now, want to be more active in the forums and with the club.

That's awesome Jamie. Don't look at it as a competition though. I've seen so many tanks that were awesome in all kinds of ways. Your passion for the hobby will show in your tank whether you spend $1000 or $10,000. Take pride in your tank and it will show.
