I’ve been working on implementing a kalkwasser stirrer on my tank to dose Kalk. I’ve been testing with water since last night and it’s not dripping continuously at the lowest rate. It will continuously pump into the reactor, but not come out of the outlet. After some time a surge of liquid comes out and then it stops for some time again. My theory is the large size outlet pipe of the reactor is causing surface tension. When enough water builds up it breaks the surface tension and a surge of water comes out until it cannot overcome the surface tension and flow stops. I’m going to try do some experiments with water until I can get the flow I want. I’m going to try different outlets to see what happens.

As long as kalk rx is higher than the sump I wouldn't worry too much about it. I use a similar setup and a x2 pro and dose every hour. Go up slowly per day, test alk and increase as you need until your maxed out to evap
