Elegance have always done well for me but its the external factors that kill me. 6 months ago it was my clam spitting up sand that wiped out half my
large elegance. Now a pr of breeding damsels were building a nest near it and spit sand all in it. Bottom line is any little sand spray will wipe your
elegance out.

That explains why mine gets unhappy when the Diamond Goby throws sand around it.

I gave up on Elegance years ago. My fav coral. Seemed to me the crappier my water quality the better it did which was pretty horrific. As well I seemed to only have luck with v shaped ones.
