So I have a 210 oceanic, 84X24x24. Do y'all think 4 hydra 26 or 32s would work?

Maybe depends on how high you mount them and what you are keeping. I run 4 x 26hd on my 4 foot tank. If you have the cash I would get at least 6 or get the 4 x 52's. What do you have now?

Black boxes, I was thinking about 6 but the brace in the center of the tank is slightly frosted glass.

And replaced the wifi chip with Bluetooth for local connections only. Maybe there’s a Director 2.0 down the line for cloud access. Idk
