For those of you who have ordered from them what time do you usually receive your package?
They shipped UPS Next Day and it should have been here by 10:30am. It's 1:00pm and with this heat, the fish are probably dead by now. :(

Dam that's not good, mine came around 10am. Fedex is always hit or miss, they delivered my mushroom five hours late in 90+ degree heat. I'm still nursing him back to health

Beyond ******* with UPS. 1 hour on the phone and there is nothing they can do as the driver has a route.
the perfect script is that now everything is affected by COVID-19. Oh well, time to call LiveAquaria as those fish are dead by now.

Well, that was quick, they referred me to this link that says:

Well they might have air but if the water gets hot....

I had one delayed two weeks ago. Mine was supposed to arrive by 10:30am. Came in around 8PM. All the fish arrived alive - majorly stressed and 2 of the four died overnight, the 3rd died 4 days later.

Tough going right now looking for reputable fish dealers. Supply chain and shipping issues have screwed us. As RRMan noted, it may be best to wait till things get back to normal or you have a good hookup locally who can offer discounts.

Yes, outside temperature was my worry. (I said was because at 99 degrees outside that truck must be worse than a sauna).
LiveAquaria actually shipped when they said they would. It was UPS who screwed up. Tracking clearly shows estimated delivery: UPS Next Day Air by 10:30am
It's 3:15pm and no delivery. If the ******** delivers as a regular package, he will not be here until 8:00pm and there is no way they will be alive.

Sorry I know its frustrating and you are helpless to do anything. All I ever ask is for companies to do their job. Honestly it sounds like LA should quit shipping for a while. They will give you a credit so not to worry but I hate losing any animal in my care.

UPS sux. Even when they do manage to deliver on time, they drop-kick it from the curb.
I’ve had mine shipped to a pick up location... that way at least the box is in a climate controlled environment.

Yeah, I don't like UPS. Prefer FedEx by a long shot. BTW - My order has not arrived so at this point I have zero expectations of any fish being alive.

As expected, my fish ordered just arrived.
Actually, it was mi wife who noted a shadow through the front door glass.

By the time I got to the door the driver in a Budget rental truck was fleeing out. I wanted to run out the door and at least receive an explanation, but I guess he sped in the cul-de sac the moment he saw me. I thought the package required a signature, but obviously it did not.

Anyways, I turned off my frag tank lights, opened the box and slowly removed 12 bags.
I tried shifting the contents upside down very slowly to see if the fish are still alive. Sadly, I didn’t see any movement, but just in case, the bags are now floating for the next 40 minutes.

I will then pour the contents into a 2.5 gallon tank, check if they’re still alive, check and match my QT to water salinity and then move them over to the QT tank or just take the photos and submit a claim.

When it rains, it pours. It’s been a really rough week. 😔

The only male I got doesn't seem to be doing well, but I will give all of them a few more days under observation before I start Copper treatment.
