-Cold Water (RO)
-Non-Oily fish, shrimp, clam and/or krill (we used shrimp, squid, cod, and oyster for the event. All fresh, never frozen)
-Nori
-Omega one flakes
-Fresh squeezed orange juice
-Vita-Chem
-Minced garlic
-Spirulina
-Mixed greens (spinach, kale, green peppers, and sweet potato) veggies should be raw, not cooked. Leave the skin on, rinse in fresh RO water.

Blend to your desired consistency for your own tank needs. At the event we blended to smaller pieces with toothpaste like consistency. Add ingredients to your desired end result. To store either freeze in saved blister pack, or small ice cube tray. We vacuum sealed in a small bag.

Also fresh squeezed orange juice and some type of shrimp that I bought by the pound at Fish Gallery. I believe it was Krill.

Everything else was bought at HEB (I'm the one that physically bought all the stuff). You need to go to a higher income area to get the organic, never frozen type stuff because each HEB changes what they sell based off of the surrounding area's average income. Careful with the fresh squid. I inks and sticks up a storm. You'll want to wear disposable, nitrile gloves while handling this stuff, and definitely do it outside if you don't want your significant other to leave you.
