You can see my spinal cord losing its protective sheeting, disc collapsing, buldging, curvature.. etc... im a twist away from being a paraplegic 20210309_130027.jpg 20210309_130636.jpg 20210309_125631.jpg 20210309_132708.jpg 13 yrs of football, 14 in basketball, 8 in baseball, 7 totaled car wrecks, 4 motorcycle accidents, born with cervical spinal stenosis,.allergic to pain medication.. only benzos work to release tension... But Govt not trying to give that out... In the past 6 years I've gone from 210 6% body fat to 185... all muscle loss and atrophy. I had to stop working out at 37 because my muscles weren't coordinating and using wrong muscles, total imbalance.. gave up basketball case I have a 2cm tear in my labrum. CANT run anymore cause my hip joint is wearing out and no disc to cushion. Take care of your bodies.... I wanna live 300-400 years like people did long time ago.... ofcourse no fast food and boxed food existed then, everything was fresh and the Bible says seeds very important( im sure they have growth hormones to grow) My mother is a 7X year old full Korean Lady who grew up in the countryside south of Seoul and looks like she's in here late 40s early 50s... its what we put into our bodies... this applies to corals too! Sorry for the long post but when the propofol wears off I get pretty talkative.

I've had 6 stem cell, growth hormone procedures done every Tuesday... they will continue as long as progress continues. It can last anywhere from 4 months to a year before they start dieing off. Im also looking into a non surgical patch that is activated by your body heat to release certain protiens. The advantage of that is if it works it will regerate from your own cells(growth hormone precursors / stem cells)... not fetal, umbilical cord or bone marrow from other people.

My wife is Korean and I can confirm that they don't age.

For you, it sounds like what you did to your body, not what you put in it. Hell, I just played basketball and track growing up and my knees are shot at 35 because of it. Too much weight training and wear and tear on my end but it sounds like you've been going hard in the paint!

Having said that, hopefully, you don't have to go through financial troubles to get you back to a good place. I have nothing but sympathy for you and if there's anything I can do to help while you're getting treatment then let me know.

Thanks, I was born with the stenosis so it was a matter of time, but you're.right the things I did took a toll on me, taking GH and testosterone and many other steriods activities helped for the 4 years i took it, was awesome, but after stopping my body pituitary gland I don't think fired back up and I'm not making those anyways, at 40 most mens levels decline rapidly, 35 for women :israel: )... the bad part is my wife had to go to ER for heart attack symptoms 6 weeks ago also (teacher having to do online all day sitting at the computer when she's used to walking around and checking on students), which turned out to be neck problems causing inflammation... then my 11yr old just had to get her appendix removed 4 weeks ago and still having tests done (never go to Dowtown memorial children's as they are all training doctors) unfortunately I will have to slow down on the hobby as over 20k in medical bills rolled in this month. The freeze didn't get me to much, only lost my frag tank and some fish in qt, but life did. God and Family first. I leave it in his hands now.
