someone have live rock for sale but i wanna now if are good or no because he said ::most of the live rock has green star polyps on them...


its bad or no???my tank it's no cycle yet,have only 3 weeks on cycle,i wanna buy some live rock but i wanna now if bad or no

in my opinion you want to stay away from live rock with alot of polyps on it if thats going to be your main rock. A rock or two isolated form the rest is ok,but not all your rock. Polyps tend to be a bit agressive and quick grow on taking over. So once you have it all over the place, you wont be able to grow other corals. So, I woudl stay away from rock covered all over with polyps. Because once they take over there is no turning back.
But thats IMHO.
