I am going to give the tank another shot to kill off whatever is in there... I am going to let the salinity drop quite a bit during the water change then get it back to enough for the corals.

It has been almost 3 weeks since this started he has great colour and mass and swims great... He is hyperventelating but not as bad as he was He seems to be swimming a bit better but still shows signs of weekness when he hovers. So I am just going to leave him be for a bit.... maybe he will improve over time. ya

Tonight I think I saw him trying to nibble at something on a rock so he might be eating... he just might survive.... Another possibility is that my Emperor Angel is starting to get rather big.... he might be depleating the water of oxygen....

Update: So a few days ago I did increase the airation/water circulation in the tank. Now he seems to be much better swims better and not showing signs of weakness.. hyperventelation has stopped. But there is a bit of red on his extremeties... possible minor infections I am hoping this will clear up on its own.
