i finally got it running after ike

of course i had to upgrade a bit.

yeah i've battled that rock for like 2 weeks to get it how i like it but i finally have it i think...

How it is now the tank looks different from every side maybe ill get left and right pics soon.


Set UP:
acrylic 17 gallon tank(only 15 gallons water after sand)
2 maxi jets 900 that alternate every 12 hours
3 inch sand bed
like 30#ish rock

lights - 150 w mh pfo w/14k phoenix bulb
and diy led blue twilight cycle and moon light

in the sump-
coralife 75 gallon skimmer
mag 7 to feed 1/4 hp chiller from ADG sale its COOL ....
lots of macro and reg house fluorescent
a mag 1.5 return pump

and the stand is one of those sink in a box kits from the homedepot that was on sale with out the sink

all i could see was the power strip.

most the time that is mixing salt water

haha try n contain or hide that some.....totally distracts from the tank.....which happens to look pretty good
