My Custom Tank is finally Cycling (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

just wanted to post some pictures of my tank, and the progress so far, under the cabinet is a mess, but since i am not a DYI type of person, its ghetto fabulous. Let me know what you think, and also after i put the sand in, the water has slowly started clearing, but do you know about how long it takes for it all to settle? I will put more pics up later

I wish only a year, lol. I started leak testing it about a year ago and posted pictures then. I actually bought the tank about 3 years ago. just no time with getting married, and buying a house, furnishing a house, yada yada yada. Just waiting for the water to clear now, its really cloudy. Hopefully i will be able to find some cheato and buy some live rock this weekend.

My tank is just now in the clearing stage from about a week and a half ago from adding my sand. I wanted to get the live rock in this week,but it will have to wait as my family and I are on Spring Break and leave for San Antonio tomorrow.... I'll be sending in some pix of mine as it comes together better....

BTW, mine is 110 gal. tank, so maybe that's why it took so long....

Updated pictures

I just got about 22 LBS of LR from fishland last night, also got about 15 or so lbs of base rock. I have all the equipment except the top off system up and running --- finally, let me know what you all think.

I got it custom made from midwest custom aquariums. Its acrylic, around 50 gallons. I love it, just waiting for the cycling and the water to clear up.
