After going overboard on the stand to support the can on top I got the system plumbed in and mounted. Then I installed the bulkhead in the bottom of the can which goes down and t's for a direct drop and 90s over and down for filling up of tubs.

I just installed my old RODI unit but I'm unsure if it's working right. After about a half hour, my 2 DI tubes had not filled up and I was getting very little to no water out of it. Could it be that that something is blocked. I changed all 3 of the bottom filter media and the DI media before installation. Hopefully the pictures come through.

I don't know what it goes to but I see a valve blocked in. Also, what is your incoming water pressure?

Yes, I closed it right before taking the picture. Water is coming from the lundry room hook up.

It went through my bottom media quite quick but when it got to the large white cylinder on top which I think it's the membrane it slowed way down to almost nothing. That's the only canister that I did not serviced before installation. I do not know how it looks like inside, I guess I should have opened it.

I would check your water pressure. I would be willing to bet that it isn't enough to push through the RO membrane.

Tommyvo, that was just it. Thanks for pointing that out. Now, let's collect some clean water. ;^)

It worked out great because the tank is directly on the other side of the wall to the left. All I have to do is take water out when doing water changes and open a valve under the tank to add water directly into the sump from the holding unit.

But I ran into a little problem where I seem to need the help from an electrician.

I added a strip to the outlet and used it with a water pump to move water from one container to the other yesterday with no problems. Today I did the same thing until I moved all of it. After I went back to use it, it stopped working. So I checked the breakers and they are not tripped, I still flipped them all just in case. Checked to see if any GFCI in the house were tripped but found out that there are none anywhere in this old house. I bought a new GFCI outlet to replace the one that seems not to work but still no power. What can it be?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Ivan
