I screwing around with my hand in the tank and a rock fell I went to pick it up and there was a fast moving slug underneath the rock. Any ideas on what it could be?

Doh ~ use some adjectives. 
Shape, size, color, description of its "edges" (frilly or straight), what its antennae looked like, etc. I've found beneficial ones (limpets) and bad leather-eating ones that reproduced at an amazing rate.
Here's a pic of a bad one that I found along with one of its egg sacks:

Here's a nice one that ate all my sponges before disappearing:
They were both hitchhikers.

More along the lines of the first one. I haven't seen anything eaten. It was small like the first pic little darker and I could swear it had a whitish part on top like where a shell would be on a snail. I could have gotten a better look but my first instinct when it crawled on my finger was to sling it off and jump away from the tank. My Bi-color blenny bit me yesterday and I did the same jump away from the tank.

Sounds like a stomatella varia maybe. They can move pretty quick when disturbed. They are good guys by the way.

I agree with Polecat - the specimen may be a stomatella.
Regarding the biting bi-color blenny, I must be lucky. So far no bites from either my bi-color blenny or the maroon clown.

It's so funny how we react to a little nibble. My last pair of clowns would bit me 5 times while I cleaned the tank and I would jump each time. Little terds
