Guys,
it's time for my AC ducting inside the house to be cleaned again.

The wife complains about more and more issues from allergies and I inspected the duct and vent outlets and some as expected have a bit of mold spots.
Also plenty of dust in some end areas.
Don't want to argue about the mold, which everyone has by the way since we all live in a swamp.

Anyone does know a GOOD company who does this job from experience they would recommend?
Any help is appreciated, not just the good ones, also the bad ones ;-)

I know some companies do a real messy job and never clean their equipment ;-(
As well with the Reef Tank in the house they should apply the Anti mold chemicals while blowing the dirt out of the house and not inside for the time of the treatment!!!

We haven't needed to have our ducts cleaned. They've been new ducts in our last couple homes.
But my AC guy (Sam Kelly, owner @ New Balance AC) swears by ozone for allergies and just as a general air cleaner. May help keep the ducts clean of mold, too?
We've been using them for years and although they may not be the cheapest, they always seem to be real honest and straight shooters.
Sam is on the ACCA-GH board of directors, too.
We have the ozone on each of our two units.
Just thought I'd throw that out there. Might be worth talking to him. They also have other air cleaner options...

Dennis,

thx a lot.
I may go with his solution which is an UV based air detoxifier unit, even with no Ozone anymore these days ;-)

It's like our tanks... do I run ozone or uv or both? LOL!

Tell Sam that Dennis DeSilva says hi but I hope not to see him any time soon! ;)

Still struggling with the concept of UV in a high flow air duct :-(

Knowing the UV-C light penetration to kill anything, doesn't convince me this new system works effectively enough.
Also I like to find references from others first to see or hear experience that is really did anything.............
