Need help Red sea nitrate test (1 Viewer)

I'm using nitrate test from red sea and I'm getting readings of 4.0ppm if any one else using the same test can you tell me if this readings are to high?

I think 4 is the top end on the low scale. . Is this the pro test from Red Sea? If so I would dilute and run the high scale test.

I tested for the high end and it dont read anything, and yes it is the red sea test, and it is the top end of the low scale just dont know if this is to high still cause I'm cycling my tank

4 ppm does not sound high, and since nitrate is the final product in the cycle, it would be expected to have a level like that. You can do water changes if you want to lower it, but I'm dosing nitrate to keep it around 5-10 ppm just to try to keep my LPS corals alive.
