Good evening
I am trying to get back in the hobby after a 10 year hiatus. There is a tank I want to purchase that is 135 gallon tank and stand. I haven't had to make a large tank purchase ever and wanted to see how I could possibly get help moving it or hiring a professional aquarium movers to move it. Purchasing it from another hobbyist, anyone willing to give a fellow reefer a hand or can direct me what fish store can help me please. Thank you

Hey, I just recent got back into the hobby as well. Welcome back

I think it’s worth it just to pay David @ urban aquatics just to move it.

Reminds me of the tank some marshians helped move and ended up dropping it.

Yeah that was a nightmare for Cat. I couldn't imagine being the person that had their tank dropped, nor could I bear to be the one that dropped the tank. No one won in that situation.

Yea it’s a thing. Either pay someone else to deal with it or do it yourself. I’m sure there is a pair of glass grips floating around and 2 guys should be able can move it. If it has to be broken down, livestock transport, distance and things like that are a consideration and will affect cost. Maybe TAP can do it?
