Neptune Cor 20 keeps shutting down (1 Viewer)

My pump the last couple days has been reducing its speed to almost nothing ... I turn it off and then back on and it runs fine for about 8hrs then it does it again.

Help please!!

I assume you have set-up thought your Apex. Have you checked there is nothing setting the output to a lower setting? (Feeding schedule, Skimmer off, Etc)
Did you calibrate the low and high flow settings?

I’m not sure how to calibrate the low and high setting... I’ve just been running it at 50% 24/7

I took it out just now and I’m gonna clean it real good and try it again.

Yeah I had to do the whole week long troubleshooting emails back and forth, then sent it in a got a replacement from Neptune

That would have been nice. You can get a good temporary pump from Amazon for not too much that has similar flow rate
