I've only have one issue with mine since I purchased it last Sept. I noticed that after a power loss the power bar was being re-addressed. I contacted support and they uploaded a beta firmware that fixed the issue.
I preordered mine the day the 2016 model was available and it worked for about 2-3 months before it started acting up with connection issues. I had support look in my Apex and they agreed i needed a new head unit and had one cross shipped out. Since i recieved the new one, i have had zero issues since then(9/ 25 /16). Very happy with mine.
