Well, it looks like a new bounce mushroom has shown its face. It looks like a Uranium Bounce, yet has no ties to it what so ever. Its a long story about how it came to show up here, but either way, what do y'all think?

Edit: Just figured out how to embed again. Here they are.

A bounce seems to be a ricordia that has big blown up polyps. I can say after tonight that the footprint of these guys is much larger than a normal mushroom. I fragged two of them and I couldn't cut through the rock so well. I'm sure they will grow a new foot quickly though.

Just load them and link them. I haven't had success with embedding, but I know Andre does it somehow with their hosting.

Not real pronounce right now I will try and get a better pic. They usually are fluffed up around lunch time.

What I've noticed about some of the more famous bounce mushrooms is that they typically aren't completely covered with bubbles and can retract to be almost unnoticeable. The one that showed up in Houston is completely covered and when even retracted, still has pronounced bubbles.

The two on the left were just fragged two days ago. The foot is pretty large on these guys so I had to take a razor to them. Even with them just being cut, they have a decent inflation of the bubbles.

Here's one with the new light filter that I made. Notice how the rubble is white, just like in real life? It took a lot of time and money to dial in the filter, but I got it right. Pretty impressive, Yeah?

Agreed. Flicker worked for me, Google didn't. PM me and I'll show you how to embed using imgur.

Not a very good picture for color. The bulbs/ bounce are marbled with light green white and light blue.
