Interesting. I just sent in a test just this morning in fact as well. You sent in an ICP test and not a N-DOC test, right? Very strange. I'll be curious what I receive back in the next few days. Seems like if their system is indeed down they should inform their customers of that fact when we will connect a bar code. Just sayin.

I sent in whatever we buy from Marsh. I followed the directions & mailed it in. Got that in response. I emailed them & I'm waiting to hear back.

Edit: Got an email back. ICP tests are being done as normal. Not sure why I got that email about the N-Doc

I sent in a sample to Triton 2 weeks ago today. It took a whole week for it to be delivered to them, which was last Tuesday. I received this email from them this morning.

"Apologies for the delay on your current ICP test results. The slower than normal turnaround is due to unexpected issues with our current US lab upgrade.

To compensate for the inconvenience we will send you a free ICP lab test. We will also still analyse and upload the results for the water samples already received as soon as the lab is fully operational."

Just a heads up that something is going on with their US Lab. It certainly was nice of them to give me a replacement test kit though. Unexpected.

So I had further conversation with Triton about their lab being down. This doesn't sound good at all. Here's our correspondence:

Me: "Is there an ECD for when the Lab will be operational again?"
Triton: "Unfortunately, I have no idea when it will be operational again."

The lab in California must be back up, I sent off a sample on Saturday and just this morning received an email stating that it was received.
