I was planning to place an order yesterday for filters using a gift certificate I got from Air, Water & Ice, and I emailed asking some questions about recommendations. Chris replied quickly and had just what I needed to order listed. Later on when I was trying to buy the items, I encountered some issues with the gift certificate codes, and Chris replied with a solution, late last night! I didn't expect a response until business hours today, but obviously they are concerned about their customers and taking care of us. I was able to get the order placed and it is on the way to me.
