I went snorkeling in St. John last year, and I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures. I'm just including a few favorites here, but if you click on any of them, you should be able to see the entire library.

Sweet. I been to st john and loved it so much getting married on trunk bay in april. We have bad kitty chartered to take us all along the islands. So far the best place I looked up for diving and snorkeling is a place in the bvi called the Indians. Does anyone know of any other good sites down there to get my snorkel on? So far I been to coral world (st Thomas) water lemon cay ( st john) trunk bay (st john) and data so beach (Puerto Rico). I would have to say the best was the small island off of trunk bay was the best.

That's awesome. My stepson got married in St. Thomas - that's how my wife and I got introduced to the area. We went on the Bad Kitty also - it took us to BVI to see The Baths and a snorkeling spot called The Aquarium.
Below is a list my stepson sent of his favorite spots. As I recall, my video of the cuttlefish was taken in Cinnamon Bay. I think Maho Bay is the one the books say is not very good for snorkeling, but we found it to be great and that's were we saw the turtle, angelfish, and trunkfish.

A few places not to miss:
Maho bay
Waterlemon cay
Ramshead point (there are 2 coves that you go through to get there that are incredible)
Cinnamon bay
Hawksnest is also incredible
Trunk bay is the big tourist bay on the island its nice but there are always a ton of people there!

Dining:
Morgans mango, (Tuesday night they have a lobster night its amazing)
Shipwreck landing, great drinks and food
Fatty Crab
High Tide bar and grill
JJ’s texas coast café (if youre in the mood for tex mex)

Bars:
Lazy mon pub
The tap room
Woodys
