Power is out in Bridgeland. NW houston. About 40 min now. Genny running. Neighbors heard a big boom, we have no power lines everything is run underground.

If there was a big boom, could be a transformer esploded. Those usually take around 4 hours to replace if they have the needed one ready to go which they should. Could also be a line fuse and those can take an hour or more since someone has to come out and replace them.
