What’s everyone’s experience with all this raffles on FB.

Not getting a sketchy vibe just feel like I wouldn’t win anything and be down [emoji389][emoji389][emoji389][emoji389]

i have never had any luck with those "raffles" way too shady bro. they used to do a video of the drawing with random numbers pulled on the computer screen.. but that s a joke. in my opinion..if you want to throw money away.. do it the old fashioned way. start reefing

I’ve done a few of them, I haven’t won yet. But I only participate in the ones that Nick from Oceanlife does. The other ones I just don’t trust. But i think it’s fun, it is a gamble but you have a chance to get some high end stuff for a fraction of the price. Either way you hack it you still spend money and corals( over all not hair from the ones being raffled) in them selves are a gamble. To quote my dad “ any coral I get is mission impossible!” 😂

When the trident first came out I saw a guy that was raffling one off on Facebook for 3x msrp... turns out he didn’t even have a trident and was going to use the money he got to order one.

Also the person running the raffle could have their kids or spouse or alter ego “buy” spots to reduce other peoples odds and then since the alter ego won he never has to deliver on the item and keeps all the money.

Sounds like you got Zuckd!
Unfortunately it's a little more involved than that. It's of no suprise though when a particular administor has the maturity level of a pre-schooler [emoji849][emoji2368] It's all good though, the MARSHian community is 100% better [emoji6]

I entered a few when they first started on FB. I won a couple and lost more than that. It's hard to throw my money away anymore with that. When I can just throw it away towards saltwater for water changes.

Fakebook does not allow raffles. But it takes them time to find them all and shut them down so people still do it. If you pay you take the chance it will get shut down before it is over. I would not do it.
