re: injured blue starfish. What do I do?

I've had this blue starfish for 8 months and found one of it's legs injured. It still moves around with it's other good legs. Wanted to know if I should clip off the bad one and how?? Any suggestions?

What does it look like happened? rockwork shift? naughty shrimp or crab? If it were me and I had a refugium hooked to the tank I think I would just move him there and observe and see if it heals up. If you clipped the leg and there is something feeding on him it could just get worse.

Not sure what happened? The bad leg doesn't move, its turn upside down and only gets dragged around. It doens't look diseased just kindof limp. I suspect my twin-spotted wrasse.... She's gone as soon as I catch her...
