all 4 of mine work on 3/4” glass and have for 3 years. Make sure you have the thin spacer On the dry side.

Yea I had the right spacer (none lol), I’m gonna try again when the temp/salinity is set.

I was going to hook up all my flow pumps to help mix .

Anyone have an extra gyre flow diverter? 350 even?

Just hung the lights (they are a bit crooked). T5 only. So many small projects or upgrades really kept delaying me. Notes:

-attached the Radions with stainless bolts to the hybrid fixture (0.5” 10/32 size bolts. Some1 may find that useful someday).

-Mounting the Radion ballasts is a real pain. Will be on the wall to the left in an adaptive reef board. Really like this thing. I had a buncha rewards at BRS and bought one.

-refugium is going to have to be remote. I got a small 10g cube that I’m going to locate above the make up reservoir.

-Did I mention this WaterBox stand, sump isn’t really ideal for a Reef? I hear their new models are much better :/.

looks like progress.

Incremental.

Still kinda fighting getting sick of the whole hobby a few times.

Lots of losses in the sump I had running for my favorite fish. Went from doing great to dead with a day. Looked a bit like brook.

So yea......

Tank is beautiful btw, I’m so annoyed by the sump, stand layout I don’t wanna forget to mention that. Plumbing was an absolute dream. Stand quality is top notch, I really like the coating on the white portions. Kind a matte white.

You have all the right components and it’s gonna make a pretty slick setup. It already does. I’m sure you will get all the rest worked out. Keep on keepin on.

I just installed a American DJ on one side of my stand today and will get the other side in the morning. This way I’ll have easy on/off power until I get a controller later. If you can install horizontally because I did the last ones vertical and it was annoying over time trying to turn them on/off and bending down to look.

I had them like this on the last stand.

80lbs of sand in, I like the look of it. Not looking for more than around an inch.

The Sicce is louder than I’d like, pretty loud for a DC pump. Found a few things on r2r about it.

Might give them a holler and get their take on it.

This weekend is really all about finishing up cable management, hiding cords.

Got the second of two adaptive reef boards in plus a variety of cable management goodies.

Few plumbing tweaks. Still so much to do. Sheesh.

My Sicce was loud too. Great little pumps, but I avoided it on my new reactor.
