Reef Laser info needed to kill Corals !!! Yes, I want to kill Corals.............. (1 Viewer)

Guys,

as part of my dense grown Coral garden, I'm at a point where Montis and lil chips of Corals are becoming an issue.
Anyone here who owns one of these Laser thingies to kill anemones???

If so, I would like to know if it effectively kills encrusted Acros and Montipora patches ;-)
Also some experience from handling and access is needed.
Can you Laser through a top down viewer as well, etc. Hands on experience preferred.

Yes Sir, I did try that.

And glue, scraping and sucking, ugh........ but there is always a polyp left somewhere re-growing into larger patches ;-)

PSX....go to RC and do a search for Ron ReefMan. The thread was called, "a real aiptasia laser." He had a good one! Plus, if you can PM him now, he's probably got more knowledge. The thread was back in Nov of 2011

Yeah, if you can PM him to ask what Laser would be good to destroy SPS/Montis patches, that would be appreciated.
