Yep, there are a bunch of videos on this. A lot of big tropical tourism spots have been doing it in all kinds of shapes really fascinating. They even have some that are solar powered and have web cams.

I am researching as much as I can, for a possible oyster restoration project for the bay. That would be awesome!! Maybe even a marshian reef with a web cam.

If you are curious on if you should do it in a tank I know that voltage over 45ish volts with start to kill fish!!:tsk:

Saw this yesterday as well and got me thinking about it.

Personally I have a grounding rod in my tank as a UV Filter died on me and killed a bunch of stuff many years ago. I'd be afraid of something like that.
