I can't say enough about Russ and the time he took to explain everything about what I wanted to do, what i did and didn't need. How to save on some stuff, etc. I can't wait to order everything but I just wanted to say Thank You for the great customer service. I plan to use Russ for everything I can because believe in customer service and he was just great to deal with.

Thank you Russ

Yes,

I've also received exceptional support from Rus over the years.

I've improved my DI lifespan, automated my ATO RO reservoir, installed a RO drinking tap, and repaired and maintained my system using Buckeye and advice from Rus. Rus will answer questions via email or phone call.

They have been supporting us for years. Check out their forum on our site: http://www.marsh-reef.org/buckeye-hydro/

He spent over an hour explaining RODI systems to me. He never asked me to buy from him. We hung up and I called back the next day, 20 minutes, again no sale. I bought 2 days late.

I was waiting to pay for my membership on MARSH (now active), but yes, I have a 50gpd home RO system, he has explained everything and told me what I can and might want, etc and will be adding a DI addon. Ordering tomorrow. This time I want to have the water in my house vs carrying jugs to the store and back, the initial 60 gallon fillup will pay for part of the cost of water alone. Not only that, but I was paying someone to do the maintenance on my RO system, its so easy, now I will just order and do myself. Great sponsor!!!

I needed to replace my RO membrane & DI resins, and went looking for Buckeye on the Forum... they're no longer a sponsor! :(
