Safe Sealant (1 Viewer)

Hey all!

My hubby is busy gathering decor for new FW upgrade. Among those is a resin item he picked up from a garden center. The back has about a 1" section of exposed rebar that he needs to seal to make it safe for his tank. I seem to recall a foam sealer that folks used when building their back wall "rock walls". Does anyone happen to recall what it is or have another suggestion as to what he can use?

I know this works, but there may be epoxy products that would work better...

edit: from the description, this may have “epoxy-like” characteristics; doesn’t sound like you’d need to seal it
