I found a lot of baby shrimp in my tank. I think that they are peppermint shrimp, but I don't know if they will make it. My fish may eat them before they can grab ahold of the live rock.

My friends that used to work at Joe's Crab Shack used to say that people would come in and ask "Can I substitue my cole slaw for some more skrimp?"

Might be mysis shrimp. But I never put live mysis shrimp in my tank before. It happened wright after I added about eight pepermint shrimp to my tank. I added them to get rid of AIPTASIA ANEMONES but it hasen't worked yet.

peppermints controlling aptasia infestation is a hit miss scenario...even so, they tend to only eat the smaller ones...however, they sometimes spawn readily in the tank making for free food...ironically the aptasia probably will feast on the spawn as well...
