So sick of finding “Missing” (1 Viewer)

Well I don't know if I would call it a solution but I removed the the two vortech outlets from the Apex. did a factory reset on the vortechs. then added them back to apex.

I need to open another ticket to see if they can enable any type of logging. I'm SURE they will drop again.

Can’t wait to hear the issue. There’s nothing more annoying when you can’t get help fast enough.

Have you tried changing the channel? There are two channels they can operate on.

Well they dropped again and I opened a ticket with Neptune and eco tech.

On my to do:

Open both MP60’s to verify that RF module is not loose.

Try the 2nd channel.

I would go to the forum and email all mods on R2R.

How old is your tank now? Should be packed full of growth!

right after (it was cycled) I moved some fish I have had in QT into it. Then I added some macro and pods and about 5 days later BOOM I had ick. :facepalm:

So I pulled them all back out. Put in hospital tank with copper. Been fallow now for nearly 90 days. Will be 90 mid september. That is when I am going to re-introduce a few of them.

fingers crossed. we have had several brownouts/blackouts where power blips off for 10-15 seconds then comes back on with the weather the past few weeks. So far nothing has gone "missing". knock on my wooden head...

Yeah, when I had my Apex I really liked it. Never had any major problems, but lately I keep hearing all kind of stuff.
