So sick of finding “Missing” (1 Viewer)

Have had nothing but issues with Neptune WXM and my MP60’s.

Yes WXM firmware is up2date. Yes WXM RF module firmware has been updated.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have had nothing but trouble with mine.

Have had four or five tickets now with Neptune support

I bought the MP60’s back in 2011. Sat in boxes unused. Upgraded drivers to QD last year in anticipation of using.

Always the same. One or both randomly goes missing. Then I have to delete the outlets on the Apex. Hard factory reset the QD controllers. Then I can add them back again.

It’s random. Most recently The left one probably six weeks. The right one I think around two weeks now.

If they're not doing it at the same time I would blame it on the mp40s not the wmx.

Change the WiFi card on your MPs. They do go bad.

I think they both went missing at same time yesterday but since I haven’t been able to figure out how to log or alarm on that I’m not sure. Would be nice to get a notification when something like that happens.

I have switched them out. I bought 4 MP60’s. Tried switching the rf cards after 2nd missing event. I even tried that this last time with one from my mp10 QD driver.

Are you running radions to. I have never used the wxm but have great controllability with the reef link controlling vortec,,radions an vectras.

So my first WXM was not working brand new straight out of the box. My issue was pairings to MPs. It worked right away once Neptune replaced the WXM module.

Been running flawlessly for the past 2 yrs.

Is your apex connected wirelessly? I just recently ran cat7 to mine as it was dropping signal 2x times a day even 15 ft from the router. My system also shut down everything 4 times the day I installed the wxm! Everything is been smooth since then.

Secondly. Are you sure you found the correct tile from the top tiles box? I had several dead mp’s in my tiles box Since the wxm randomly names the pumps with numbers it’s possible to pull the wrong tile out of the tiles box. I did that when I first installed my wxm until I figured out I pulled the wrong tiles. Once I went back in and found he correct ones it instantly showed the program the mp’s were running.

It’s hardwired.

Yup it had been working fine.

Left one about 6 weeks and right now two weeks since last incident for the right one.

The two mp40’s are still working right now. Just the two MP60’s that dropped.

Submit a ticket and add Neptunesupport as a user so they can remote in. Let us know what they say.
