If you have not already pulled the trigger, Tampa Bay Saltwater has live rock straight from the ocean with lots of great benefits (no cycle time is the first big benefit) and lost great customer feedback.
The lights, Check nanobox and find a t5/LED hybrid. Also pretty stellar results as far as growth and Polyp Extension etc.
