It’s schedule 40 so about 2/3 the price and weight of 80.

No joke. That's news to me too. Having said that, I know a few solid places for black fittings. However, it's almost impossible to get the right gate valve in black, for some reason.

Just imagine in 20 years. Every single piece of reef equipment will be wireless. Everything will run on micro lithium batteries that only need to be charged once every 7 years.

I prefer to think of it as extreme dieting.
But the gut wasn’t the issue. It was my head. It was literally wedged between the wall and the external over flow box. You go in looking left or right. Can’t change it once your in.

Just need to figure out where I’m going to put one Apex outlet box and then it’s time to fill it and test all the plumbing.

Or spend a day just making water to learn that you need to drain it and fill it again. Invest a couple hours of time to save a couple days.

Ah yeah nothing like flooding the sun room and soaking the furniture when the hose clamp comes loose and the hose flies out of the tank and plays water wiggle all over the room. [emoji2955]
