Gotta get the milk out of the water.

Travis thanks for helping me with the canopy.

It's still cloudy? Did you literally put milk in it?

For Christ's sake, put some type of filtration on it already.

Uncanny how similar they look. Love those types of dogs!

He was a good dog! He took a horn in the chest from a large aggressive bull one day and died in the pasture that day.

May Blackie Rest In Peace!

I called him black dog when I first got him. For some reason the name “Black Dog” stuck with him a long time. :)

Then came Bella. My X has her (because she has a yard), but I still pick her up from time to time. Joint custody! Lol. She’s got a heart of gold like Black did.

What is that Steve?

But to get this back on reefing...what kind of heater is this? Has a unique look. :)

Its a Marineland mini canister filter. It has a micron polishing cartridge installed trying to remove some of the fine sand created by the damp Kent marine salt mix I should NOT have used...

Nice! If you want to remove sand or anything really fine in the water column...try a 5-10 micron felt sock. 100% will remove the finest sand and bacterial blooms.

I promise you, 5’s & 10’s will polish your water far better than Rox 0.8 carbon or Chemi-pure.

FYI...you can dump 15 bags of sugar fine sand in your tank and they’ll pull out all the silt in a few hours *no problem* as long as you change them when they get clogged. You won’t be disappointed.
