We already went to court and I won the judgement against you for the Aquariums you never paid me for..Now I know you heard the judge because you were standing right next to me when he told you that you are responsible to pay me the balance on the $7000.00 we made..We both know I got $1000 from you almost 2 years ago I just want my money you still owe me, you still have the tanks...

I stood outside the court room and spoke to you like a man and wanted you to still have your dignity after being ordered to pay me over $5000 where you promised me you would and that was over 4 months ago and Im yet to hear from you...

For anyone who sees this post I took James to court over some Aquariums I sold him for his business he was said to have, I did the deal on a handshake from what i thought was an honest man...I recived a $1000 down payment and he took the merchandise and that was the last time I heard from him..I had to hunt him down just to find where he lived over a year later..Took me 2 weeks to find him but I did...I sued him in the court of the Honerable Louis Ditta and before the judge I won my case...Like anyone would I want my money...

I have followed james on Marsh since the very beggening and have never made this post or our business public although I wanted to on many occasions esp after seeing all the people who would buy their wavemakers and such from him and then he couldnt be found for weeks...I kept my cool well no more..I was found on this website by him and this is where I am reaching out to find him...

If anyone has a problem with my post I can be reached at 281 685 3353 my name is Carlos Trigo Jr...I have supporting documents to my claims if the mods on this website need to see them...This is a public service anouncement to anyone who thinks about doing business with James..This could happen to you to...

Sounds as if he never had any intention to pay from the getgo. In most circumstances I would consider that downright theft.
If payments had been made he could at least said he was trying. If he had any decency at all he would offer to return the equipment.

Carlos, I think you misunderstood my post.
As James Lynch says, I didn't realize this post was in a sponsor forum.
I never heard of Down By The Sea before.
I was just looking for a last name or a screen name so I would know who it was that was ripping you off.
I know several James, so I wanted more info.
The confusion is cleared up now, though.

And ummm... I'm not a mod. I can't delete posts.
If I could, I would delete Diesel's posts just to mess with him!

Other sites Ive been on have a section to post your experiences with people you've done business with via that site. I think a feeback sections would be a good addition to this site. I also purchased something for several hundred dollars on here that never worked and the person was less that willing to work with me. I think bad practices of folks using this forum for commerce should be known.

No one has deleted any posts yet and as Dennis points out-we would all be scared for him to have that power and Diesel would be permanently stuck at 3,999 posts saying, "1", "1" ad infinitum.
If this sticks with being a recital of facts we don't intend to delete any posts or get involved. As Mike points out, if inaccurate we welcome the rebuttal (even if by pm) and then posts could/would be deleted.
