No one has deleted any posts yet and as Dennis points out-we would all be scared for him to have that power and Diesel would be permanently stuck at 3,999 posts saying, "1", "1" ad infinitum.
If this sticks with being a recital of facts we don't intend to delete any posts or get involved. As Mike points out, if inaccurate we welcome the rebuttal (even if by pm) and then posts could/would be deleted.

Seriously, can I donate money to marsh to reset diesel back to 0 posts?

In my humble opinion , marsh to me is a resources for the hobbie i realy don't see why this bashing is allowed , if you follow the other reputable sites many don't permit this. I understand your frustration. But there is always two sides to the story and this is not the place for single perspectives. "Trust is a fickle mistress" , if you were man enough to make the deal and give james your trust be man enough to live with the decisions you made or pursue the rights the law affords you. Opinions are like ***** everyone has one , and some have more than one. I don't know james nor do I know the infinite details of his decision , personal sircumstance, his affliction why he has not paid ' or if you actually sold him goods that was promised.... Unfortunately some jump to conclusions from a base of ignorance, and there is no medicine for ignorance. This can be unsettling and hurtful and should not be permitted within the marsh community, most people don't have the courage of their conviction to defend themselves publicy or the desire to do so.

I Apologize if the post seems offensive, it's not the intension and sinceerly hope you resolve your challenge.

This puts my point into prospective perfectly .... We judge him as predator yet we don't know the facts and would not even consider that there is perhaps even a small chance there is another side to the story.

Perhaps it would be best to reserve his judgment as "predictor" until we know all the facts ,.....just a thought...perhaps you already have all the fact. Each to to their own I suppose... I don't want to get into an argument, ....consider this an just another point of view.

Yes please do not use my case as an example. I mean refunding less than a hundred dollars is different than the amount he is talking about. Plus I could have gotten it back from my bank anyhow.

Like I said I don't know James im not defending or judging or condoning or condemming his actions as I have not seen the judgment nor was i there when it was passed nor do I know the particulars or know for a fact the circumstances and most importantly I don't just believe everything I read on the Internet... my issue was and still is Marsh allowing the bashing, and hopefully be convincing enough that it creates at least some reasoning that there might be .....however slim a chance we that can reserve judgment,, for example what if he has run into bad times loosing his business and gone back to work to try and repay his dept , would this not perhaps create some pause will he still be a preditor... I think not. Point being is marsh really the right forum for this ? Good to warn people,... But not so good to judge From a single prespectives without knowing all that fact... Is that really so strange ?

I get your point. I don't know James either. All I'm saying is I don't see the issue, regardless of the sponsor. He can rebut at anytime if he feels the need to. Sponsors get their horn tooted all the time for doing a good job, should that not be permitted also? That's just how it is.

When you go to buy a product you read the user reviews. If you see too many negatives you probably won't buy it. That's all I feel this is is a negative review warning people.

That being said I bought a jebao pump from him back in 2013 and had no issues other than a delay on sponsoring me for a supporting member.

Sorry to hear of this and hope it gets resolved.

I have never set out bash James in anyway..I made the deal on a handshake and in trust..And to suggest this is what I am doing with this post is ridiculous and unresponcible..james had his day in court where he gave the judge his excuse and was told he made tbe deal and is responsible to pay me the money..I dont careif he lost his job or if his dog died not my problem..before anyone bashes me for that comment understand I trusted this guy from the beginning. I even allowed there to be a payment plan and store credit to pay this debt to me..I received 1k up front and never heard from him again..I gave him months to contact me..I made several calls to him but he wouldn't answer my calls unless I called from a different number..he promissed everytime I would get a payment and never came thru..let me be clear the man not 1 time in almost 2 years made a single phone call to me..

Ok i will give a breif rundown of how it went down..james found me here on marsh thru hearing from other members I had a building full of Marineland aquariums..he contacted me and we meet at my shop, he liked what he saw we agreed on a price and we made arrangements for him to get a trailer and some help to load them up the next day..He met me at my job at Marathon with a contract we both signef it he handed me 1k bucks and I gave him the keys to my building and allowed him to go there unsupervised by me and in complete trust..it took him 2 days to remove them all and he was never to be seen again untill court..

And to clear any confusion he told the judge they were not in the condition he thought they were in when we made the deal yet he loaded them all and never called to discuss his concerns. So this was his reasoning for not paying me..

Would you continue to load them ReefKeeper or pick up the phone and voice your concerns..I know what I would do..at this point I just want my money..I handled it like a gentleman the whole way thru was never one single time ugly or disrespectful yo the man and even after court shook his hand and he told me again he would make me a payment well nothing yet not even a text message..

I would want to know if I was dealing with a person who could and would do this to someone here or anywhere else...I tried uploading my judgment but can not figure out how to do it..

If he has a home or any asset you can put a lien on it. He would never be able to sell with out paying you first.

Dang this thread went overboard.
We all know when you put a juicie story in a open forum it will go this route, cause sometimes we have nothing better to do.
IMO this had to be discussed with the BOD's first as you had to deal with maybe some kind of forum rules related to this.
After discussed I think it was a good topic to address the members on here in a CLOSED THREAD.

A few years back the discussion came up about some kind of idea about a rating for Sponsors and Members too who sell/trade/buy on marsh, that never came of the ground.
You see it often at other forums, in most cases if not all this will be one way rating process, the person in question can rate a sponsor or member about the buying/selling/trading process and in most cases with positive results.
In this case with DBTS they can have a judgment against them but if not paid by now it will probably never happen.
It's been mention before but a judgment lien is you best bet here.
