Yep. I always wish I could be successful and get them to hatch. I also wonder how many are laid on rock that we never see.
Snail eggs for sure. I’ve had a couple hatch into tiny little babies and populate my tank. I can’t remember what species, but one is really hardy.

Looks like maybe a stomatella snail.
I’ve got stomatellas breeding like crazy, I’ve caught spawning events on video too. IMO, best snails you could ever ask for
