I've got two of them sitting around that I haven't used yet. Maybe I'll send one off tomorrow and document the whole process to let everyone know what to expect.

It will say you have high Lithium! Lol

Says we all have High Lithium! Must be our plumbing in the U.S. lol
No bueno! Im hoping it will give me the answers to the secrets of the universe haha! Nah, Im hoping for some confirmation on a few things in the large tank. I wasnt paying attention to how often the hubby was changing the filters on our rodi. Couldnt figure out why my sps was getting dull. Some even showed signs of stn or were just dying overnight. Checked everything, was doing h20 changes, you name it...finally asked the hubby what the tds meter was at and he said 50...so Im suspicious I have some nasties in my tank from the water that werent getting picked up in the filters.

Haha! I just don't think he took me seriously when we would discuss the importance....what do I know right LOL?

Makes me sick to see everything fading away. If I can't get it stabilized quickly I don't think I will have much choice but to either find someone with a stable tank large enough to coral-sit a few bigger pieces for me, or sell them off. I'd rather seem them bounce back and flourish in someone elses tank than die a slow death in mine. In the meantime it's h20 changes every couple of days and carbon in the filtersock. Thankfully we have some sponsor stores close by who are great at keeping their water in tip top order! Can't wait to get this ICP test done and sent in!

Do some “really large” water changes. Just match the Temp, SG, and PH/Alk. Well everything if you can if it’s SPS. They should be fine.

Keep that carbon going!

Can you do 80-90%?

I heard it takes maybe five days or less to get your results from the time you send it.

As far as competitors, I believe they're using the same caliber of laboratory testing as say a triton. MARSH just got a killer deal because they timed the purchase right and got a lot of them. These tests sell for about $30 a pop if you buy them individually.

Sounds like we need more killer deals when these run out. Maybe you guys can talk this place into doing the $18 deal indefinitely for all Marsh members. :)

I guess I need to become a paid member again. :quote:

Naw, I was planning on it anyway so I can edit my freaking posts!:smile:

So I'm just gonna put this out there that we (or maybe it's just me ) are gonna need some sort of "How to interpret your results" tutorial on these tests haha! What to look for, what matters and what doesn't...etc...

Any volunteers?
