From my understanding of the article that I linked earlier, the machines seem to test for elements and not compounds.

And yes, we have plenty more.

Yes, ICP only tests for element amounts. It can NOT measure nitrate, ammonia, phosphate, or alkalinity.

Some companies "guessitmate" a compound, like PO4 by making some assumptions based on the element value measured.

What are you trying to contact them about? From my experience, they never sent an email or called me to let me know my results are ready. They just popped up roughly 3-5 days later whenever I logged in.
Same but mine took more like 7-10 days.
