Tang sudden hard breathing and floating at the bottom (1 Viewer)

Our tang was first introduce after qt for about 4 month now in our waterbox frag 105.4 tank. We just recent add some new fish that were qt for ick and valvet . He was eating fine for two days and now he’s breathing hard and was floating at the bottom of the tank . We decided to take him out and put him in a qt tank .

He still have some case of HLLE . We have no idea what’s causing this as the other fish are doing well

I see what looks like small "critters" (possibly flukes?) on his back dorsal fin & anal fin. Or am I just seeing things on the glass or reflections that are behind him??
