I ordered from www.savko.com a short time ago.

I ordered several ball valves, fittings & 20' of pipe. The order took exactly 1 week to arrive to me in Spring, TX using UPS ground.

2 days before delivery, I was concerned about NOT receiving a tracking # in my email inbox, so I called them. The guy who answered was very professional & polite and offered to tracks package while I was on the phone AND give me the tracking #.

So their customer service is very nice. Delivery time took a while but that because I chose ground service.

Also I had to go to Lowes hardware for some pieces I forgot to order & noticed the prices on the items I ordered through savko to not be that much in difference.

So taking into account that I had to pay $12.25 in shipping/handling & had to wait 1 week for everything to arrive - I think next time I'll buy supplies locally.

I ordered a "DIY 36 LED kit" from aquastyleonline.com.

Shipping was crazy fast. Instructions were great. Everything was packaged extremely well.

I can't think of ANYTHING to complain about with this supplier.

I'm using their LED package as of right now (2-28-13) & am loving it.

We also have plans to purchase more units.
