Has anyone gotten one of these yet? I picked one up today and so far I am not happy with it.

let’s start with the pump is not strong enough to lift the water 12”. I had to prime it several times before I could even get it to flow. And now the flow is so slow that the cheato ain’t even spinning.

Maybe I need a replacement pump?
Maybe I got screwed?
And how long am I supposed to keep the light on each day?

these things ain’t cheap and I sure wish it would work.

Sounds like something is going on. Tunze is a great company. They definitely know flow rates. Maybe the pump is bad.
