Well... since Copper Power is Chelated Copper...It shouldn't have had much of an affect on the Basslets. The chart does show they're moderately sensitive to Ionic Copper though. :noidea:

Starting to wonder if there may have been an low O2 issue in addition to the copper spike in the 55g.

Since switching to the 40's using air stone and pump to push water from bottom to top all the fish seem more active. I realize that copper is a poison and we will never know. Just thinking out loud.

Great to hear Steve!

There will be more drama once you put them in the display tank-that’s where real Aggression starts in my experience.

Lol-no getting your prepared [emoji106]

I’m not getting an Achilles-it’s not fair...this tank seems so small. Let the powder blue reign as king.

Could have been man, but with that air stone...I doubt it.

You were warned! LOL

I moved mine from the FOWLR to the Reef Tank (I am selling the 750s) and the Yellow Tang tried to bully him like he did the Powder Blue to literal death and the Achilles gave him such a beating that he has not dared to bother him anymore! Haha

Interesting. The tank is in our sun room so it gets light from sun up to sun down + what is in the canopy.

I went in to check on everyone this morning and all are out (even the PB) and the Achilles is largely ignoring it. No one seems stressed. They are both basically making laps around the tank, although the Achilles is making about 2x the #. That fish is FAST. Put in nori at each and so far no squabbling.

Cool. That’s good news. Either the PB decided to give up or the Achilles got bored of beating him up! (J/k) Hahaha

Make sure they have Nori pretty often and that should decrease any aggression.
