My tap water is at 198tds and I live downtown .... what’s yours at?

Out TDS is 398 going in to the system. 10 TDS after the membrane and zero after DI

I live not that far from you but my incoming tds is 340-420 depending on the day. Wonder why yours so much higher.

On a side note-my di resin lasts so much longer now that I fill/pack them myself. I don’t believe the brs pre-packed di resin cartridges are packed well.

I range from 300 to 400 at the tap. This is my rodi sediment filter after about 200 gallons of product water. And that is after a 5 micron whole house filter. I live in Harris county mud district 5. Near Tomball.

Wow I live close to @StephenM. I have 150-250 at the tap Have never changed my RO (1-2 tds) membrane in 2 years and just did my third DI (0 tds) change. I probably do 700-800 gallons before changing sediment filters. I do get about 5 min of creep if a go for a couple of weeks of not making water 5 tds max.

I’d say that’s a little above average for sediment filter. You may need to buy a case at a time.
