I noticed in my cube today these little fellows at the base of my leather shroom. They don't seem to be making it happy where they touch. Also (different coral) in the second picture it looks like this spot on it is getting bigger. Anything that worry about?

I have a ton of aptasia in my tank. I bought a file fish but he decided to swim into my MP for a shave and a haircut.

I stuck a peppermint shrimp in there and I don't see any of it anymore, although I'm sure it could be hiding.

Regarding your second question, probably should be worried unless that chalice has been stung or damaged by something around it like a rock fall.

I suspect it's not getting its nutritional needs met. I've learned that the hard way :( My suggestion, weekly targeted feeding once the tentacles are out i.e. at night, pumps off for ~30 minutes, making sure shrimp doesn't steal all the food. You can add an amino acid solution to encourage the feeding tentacles. If you don't see feeding tentacles ever use a powder food e.g. Gonipower or Ricordea/Zoanthid food.

So unless I'm dumb I put the peppermint shrimp in there and within a day they are gone!

Yeah I've never seen tentacles out on that one. I have a red chalice above they extends since it's swapped tanks

My peps decided to make their way down the overflow, into my fuge. I caught 1 and put him in my kid's 8g until he got bigger. I'm about to move him back. He's molted twice. The other 2 are still chilling in the fuge.
