Those are pods. Definitely good. Fish food and little tank cleaners.

Usually detritus eaters. I just paid $100 for a bag of them lol. However some can go after other things. I would be concerned if corals don’t look good and they were all over them. If not toss them in the refugium.

Unless I could prove they were eating your coral I would return them to the tank.

Those are amphipods. Great fish food, my damsel loves them and sometimes doesn’t even eat the fish food I feed him because he’s full. I see him pick the pods off the rocks, he’s always looking around for them. I had some hitchhike in some Chaeto I put in my fuge and they populated my main tank from the return. They keep the rocks and substrate clean. Free CUC & fish food! Haven’t had any problems with them bothering my Zoas or any other corals.

Cockroaches of the reef. Agree with the others. They eat the junk off of your rocks.
