I need to borrow a laser to injure some Zoas. Does anyone on the north side of Houston have one that I can borrow?

I have a 4w laser you can borrow. I might be able to meet you at FJW to hand it off depending on the day/time

I'm curious what is the minimum wattage needed to kill a zoa polyp?

Mine was 300 shipped. It definitely kills BCP, small aiptasia and seems to piss off zoas as well.
There is a 7w out there that would provably do a lot better.
Can't bring myself to spend another $400 on a laser. Maybe if we get another stimulus lol

I just want it to visibly, physically harm the Zoas. I have a bunch of Mohican suns that are mixed in with Zoas that I like. I just want to at least mark the Zoa so that when I pull the rock out and get to work with a razor, I know which ones to remove.

Just use Frank's F*** Aptasia on them. Just a little bit on each polyp face to get them to close up then a little more on the closed polyp. They'll melt away in a few days. I used to use AptasiaX for this but Frank's works muuuuuch better and doesn't blow off the second the pumps kick back on like AptasiaX does.

I used Mike's laser on my blue clove polyps. Definitely did some damage....and the crackling sound was oddly satisfying LOL!
